Herbal Lepam Application: Freshly pounded herbs mixed with pure goat's milk, aloe vera, or rose water are applied evenly across the face to a precise classical thickness (one-fourth of an inch). 5. Therapeutic Retention: The paste is retained until semi-dry (before it dries completely or cracks, to prevent Vata aggravation). 6.
